1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and gbjee (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the gbjee website located at https://gbjee.ws, including all associated subpages, services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or engaging in any game activity on the gbjee Platform, you represent that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting in good faith and for personal recreational purposes only.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and gbjee. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional terms issued for a specific offer, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Access to gbjee is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gbjee enforces a strict 21+ policy and age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time at gbjee's discretion.
• You are accessing the Platform from within the territory of Bangladesh.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by gbjee or any responsible gaming body whose exclusion records gbjee consults.
• You have not previously had a gbjee account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of gbjee or any of its affiliated service providers.

gbjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gbjee may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on gbjee. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed, and any balances — including winnings accrued during the period of duplicate account operation — may be forfeited without prior notice.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbjee account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access or use your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances.

You agree to notify gbjee immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, gbjee shall treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you and shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

Account information, including registered mobile number and payment method details, may only be updated by contacting gbjee support and successfully completing identity verification. gbjee will not process account changes submitted through unverified channels.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the gbjee Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your gbjee account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gbjee does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except where gbjee support has authorised an alternative method following identity verification. gbjee targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes of approval; however, actual settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule.

Verification holds: gbjee reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. During a verification hold, you may continue to use your account balance for betting and gaming activity, but funds cannot be withdrawn until verification is complete.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of any gbjee deposit is a material breach of these Terms. In the event a chargeback is initiated, gbjee reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gbjee promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal eligibility is triggered).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may carry reduced contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the stated expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• gbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, coordinated group wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine game risk, or the use of automated software to claim or fulfil bonus conditions, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game and betting market available on gbjee is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market description. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to that specific game or market.

gbjee's cricket betting markets cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major tournaments. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at the platform's sole discretion. gbjee reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes at any time, including in response to unusual betting patterns, data feed errors, or integrity concerns.

Winnings from casino games will be credited to your main account balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings from sportsbook bets will be credited upon official settlement of the relevant event or market. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to your account balance without interest.

gbjee uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbjee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering: Using gbjee for the purpose of concealing, converting, or transferring funds derived from illegal activity.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one gbjee account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated program to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• VPN and proxy use: Accessing gbjee via virtual private networks, proxy servers, or any technology designed to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer any software, or exploit technical vulnerabilities for financial or other gain.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving corresponding value on the Platform.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating access to gbjee by any person under 21 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbjee Platform, including but not limited to the gbjee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of gbjee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gbjee content without the prior written consent of gbjee. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

gbjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on gbjee, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and personalised communications.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbjee's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your gbjee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gbjee has been advised of the possibility of such losses. gbjee is not responsible for losses arising from: network outages beyond gbjee's reasonable control; force majeure events; decisions made by you in the course of normal gambling activity; or delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gbjee's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gbjee.

11 Amendments to These Terms

gbjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed on the Platform or by direct communication to the registered contact details associated with your account. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the gbjee Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting gbjee support at [email protected].

12 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Upon closure of your account, any withdrawable balance (i.e., your main account balance net of any unearned bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of identity verification. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gbjee support. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days. You will receive written confirmation once your account has been closed.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gbjee operates as an entertainment platform and encourages players to resolve any concerns through the support channel in the first instance.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round or bet settlement, you must submit a formal dispute to gbjee support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. gbjee will investigate all formally submitted disputes and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.

gbjee's decision on any dispute concerning game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, except where an independent technical audit demonstrates a material platform error that directly caused the disputed outcome.
